every great installation starts with design

At Waterwise Solutions, we do our best to ensure every project is sustainable, cost-effective and compliant. To achieve this, each system is designed to the WWS standards and reviewed by our Design Director to ensure the system's output information:

 

• Meets the minimum requirements outlined by the British Turf & Landscape Association (BTLIA)
• Includes performance specifications provided by the client
• Is compliant with CDM regulations

 

Design output is subject to review and approval by the client. The system design criteria are also documented within the Design Plan for reference throughout this process. The level of detail provided will vary depending on the size of the irrigation system. However, it will include adequate detail to control the design process in accordance with BTLIA standards, client requirements and CDM regulations. 



Clarifications of the criteria will be recorded with the design data and retained on the file to ensure a full record of relevant information is available in the future. 



Design input may consist of the following: 

 

• National codes of practice, i.e. Information and Guidance notes etc 
• Customer supplied documentation – drawings, specifications, samples etc 
• Statutory regulations, i.e. WRAS regulations, electrical regulations etc.
